My father had started dialysis few months ago, but recently, his blood clot in dialysis tube many times before do dialysis, what the causes?

Clotted catheter: You are referring to a central venous catheter (cvc) when you mention a dialysis tube. He may have not received enough Heparin at the end of his dialysis session to prevent clots. Have him discuss the placement of a a-v fistula with his nephrologist. That will end the problem of his clotted cvc and improve his health.
