See Cardiologist: Risk of heart disease is high in esrd patients. Low blood pressure can be due to heart issue. Other possibility is so called dry weight or base weight which is addressed in dialysis. Medication should also be reviewed.

Dialysis: Blood pressure after dialysis is related to the volume removed with the treatment. If his blood pressure is high between dialysis treatments, then this finding of high blood pressure is more dangerous to him and may be related to salt and fluid intake between treatments. Discuss with nephrologist.

Needs evaluation: Low BP could be due to excessive water removal during dialysis or his BP meds needs to be adjusted, now that he is on dialysis. If these 2 reasons are ruled out, he needs to get his heart checked. Speak to his kidney doctor about his dialysis prescription
