COVID 19 concerns: This could of course be from a number of causes but COVID 19 is on that differential. It looks like you live in South Africa.My understanding is that in South Africa- one needs to consult with a medical provider who will make determination about whether to test for COVID 19 or not.

Wear a mask, stay away from others, practice hand hygiene. Be sure to get tested, if you get symptoms. If you develop breathing difficulty, go to the nearest hospital, immediately.
