Hi, i have been feeling a lot stress at work recently and haven't been sleeping well. i have had a sore throat thats been getting worse over 3 days. other symptoms include fatigue, head ache, and sneezing. should i go for a civid test?

Agree with Dr. Fowler; this could be Covid-19, but there are many other possible illnesses which could be causing your symptoms. So it's most important to be examined by your doctor. It may be another virus but also could be an illness such as strep which would need an antibiotic. Your doctor will be able to direct you to proper testing and treatment if necessary after an examination.

Agree with Dr. Fowler. It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Drink more water.
