Headache since 20 days.it comes gradually &lasts for one day &then shortly goes away.tender scalp/pain all over head/hot sensation/pain neck /eyes fatigue/ pain increases if bending forward,looking sideways,hearing loud sounds/pain persists on rest.

Headache: Because of your scalp tenderness and pain with neck movement- it brings up the question of tension headaches. Sometimes tension headaches can evolve into vascular headaches. Your doctor can work you to make an accurate diagnosis.
