My grandmother (64) has being suspect of pancreatic cancer by cect report states that pancreas is normal and no mass found" and her ca 19-9 is 64.7u/ml can this be pancreatic cancer ?

The imaging study suggests that pancreatic cancer is unlikely. The CA 19-9 test is neither sensitive nor specific for pancreatic cancer.
