Hello. i am currently on rispide 0,5 mg and cilate which is an antidepressant. i feel a lot of tension in my nose area and i'm trying to relax it but it does not get better. i struggle to fall asleep as well because of this. can you help please?

Nose issues: Nose issue There isn't enough info here to get a good feel for what you are talking about. Is tension referring to nasal congestion/ pressure? Is this in the nares or external aspect of nose? It this painful? Has it been assessed? Any treatments to date? Citalopram (Cilate ) can cause rhinitis in1% to 10%. Risperidone (Rispide) can cause nasal congestion in up to 10% of people.
