Ask doctor: Some antidepressants really help with insomnia. Sleeping pills are for occasional use only. Make sure your doctor reviews your history and gives you a good exam. He should also ask about any family history of anxiety, depression or bipolar disease. Use good sleep hygiene ( read about this). I'm sure you'll get this problem fixed if you approach it methodically.
