I accidentally swallowed a piece of sharp tortilla chip and i felt it scratch the back of my throat will this lead to something more serious or will it just digest im worried about cutting my throat or esophagus and having internal bleeding?

Do not worry: If you have not had any more ill-effects than scratching of your throat, you should be okay.
