My son is tired and have a sore throat, have little body pains and some times headache what is the best to give him?

Sore throat : It's difficult to be sure without an examination. I wonder if he has strep throat or a virus. He probably will benefit from Tylenol for now -but I am not certain, there are cases for which you would not want to given Tylenol for these symptoms.
