Get tested: Yes symptoms can be covid related, other possibilities are flu, strep throat or some other common respiratory viral illness. With the current pandemic it is definitely advisable to get tested for covid before going to work, symptoms sound mostly viral and can be communicable so stay off work if not feeling well.
