Hii doc,i got insect bite mostly spider bites on my both thighs n i got 27 small red circles around bite area..feeling very itchy..how many days it wi?

Bites: Spreading redness is a concern for secondary infection and thus you should have these lesions examined by a physician or a dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment. In the meantime apply an antibacterial ointment like bacitracin and to relieve itch or localized allergic reaction, take oral benadryl(causes drowsiness) or claritin(nondrowsy)

Target lesion(s): ...may signal more than an average spider bite, and warrant evaluation/treatment. Sorry we can't comment with greater accuracy without a picture of your "bite areas."
