Investigate.: Lightheadedness somedays is not diagnostic of anxiety or OCD. If your doctor cannot find a physical reason after examination and lab work, the start a journal of the time and day with a description of the symptoms. Look for any pattern to get ideas about any association that could lead to discover of a cause that then would begin to suggest solutions. Your doctor would have referred for a tumor.

Anxiety : Ruling out any physical problems, I would recommend a full psychiatric evaluation to determine what is bothering you based on your symptomology. Consider medication, as well as a referral to a reputable psychotherapist to help you with whatever bothers you.
