Evaluation Needed: First you would need to be evaluated to rule out any medical and/or substance use causes for these symptoms, followed by a mental health evaluation. There are a number of possible reasons for these symptoms, and more information is definitely needed. If you find these symptoms to be frightening, disturbing, and causing significant distress, please go to the nearest ER or call 911 for assistance.
