Sleep Training!: At 8 months old a baby can learn to sleep up to 8-10 hours at night. Keep a regular schedule during the day with 3 meals and 2 snacks 2 short 30 minute naps and lots of playtime. At 7 or 8pm start the bedtime routine. Bath, reading, music etc. keep it the same every day, then lay them down in their own crib. If they wake up place a hand on them but don't pick them up. Let them learn to self sooth
