Chest pain, shortness of breath during sleep like im running out of breath i wake up choking and sweating during sleep, started noticing these symptoms after giving birth through c-section, had an ex-ray they said everything is fine?

Flu like symptoms: Please check your temperature, drink fluids and rest. You may be at risk for an embolism, and a HRCT may be indicated as well as D Dimer screening. If you have symptoms only at night, try a proton pump inhibitor before bedtime and gauge response.
