Depend on whom: Daily protein requirements varies male to female , body weight and age etc . 10% to 15 % of our caloric intake should should be protein. Based on ideal body wt w h o recommends 0.45 gms of protein per kilogram , but us rda recommends 0.8 grams per kilogram that is mimim in take . Active sports person in training need 1 to 1.2 grams per kilogram weight.
