There are many!: People with different ethnic backgrounds and taste preferences rely on different sources of protein. These can be fish, eggs, chicken, dairy products such as cheese, yogurt, and milk, or vegetarian sources such as tofu and other beans and grains.

Protein in food: Egg white is superior to all. Quinoa is excellent. Beans and lentils are excellent. Milk protein is excellent. Whole grains are good but not sufficient. Nuts are excellent. Yogurt is excellent
