I have been in contact with 2 members that was confirmed covid19 on wednesday the first person got confirmation yesterday for covid19 and the other today. i was wearing a mask the whole time, and washrd hands. please tell me what to do. ?

COVID contacts: Glad you were wearing mask - what about the other two? How close was contact? Less than 6 ft ? Did they appear ill at the time? Outdoors or in a poorly ventilated, crowded tight space? Less than 10 mins? If someone who is infected coughs or sneezes right at you, you can become infected. Would quarantine. Being tested is the only way to know for sure.

Why do they say to double wash hands, 20 seconds each to effectively get COVID-19 off? Is the number just to make sure the soap covers all the areas or does the soap need to be there for a fixed time for it to work? Is double washing necessary?
