COVID 19: The “Three C’s” to avoid: Closed spaces with poor ventilation. Crowded places with many people nearby. Close-contact settings, such as close-range conversation. So my next question is if the man was wearing a mask? Person appear ill at the time? Outdoors or in a poorly ventilated, crowded tight space? Less than ten minutes? The recommendation would depend on these additional factors.
