Need more info: Of all the lab tests, why were you tested for B6? Are you taking supplements? Isolated deficiency of B6 is rare. Excess intake can cause neurological symptoms. Your doctor who knows more about your health is in better position to advise. Regular exercise may help. Have a healthy diet, exercise 30 minutes/day, drink plenty of water, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.
