PMR?: There is a condition called polymyalgia rheumatica that affects people >50 y/o, especially Caucasians. You don't mention shoulder pain, which is usually the worst area of pain. It isn't curable but is treatable. You need a real live doc who will take a thorough history, do a careful live hands-on physical exam, & order appropriate tests. HealthTap &/or Doctor Google aren't enough for this.
