I had a really bad pneumonia that i am still recovering from. dr. said it seems to be improving from the xray, sometimes i fell fatigues and still coughing up clear mucus, weak, etc. dr mentioned something about fatigue syndrome?

Pneumonia: I don't know about fatigue syndrome. But if you have had a bad insult to your lungs (pneumonia) you may continue to have sequela for a while - which could include respiratory symptoms and significant fatigue.
