Hi. i was diagnosed with sinus arrythmia 2010. doctor said it's nothing to worry about. my concern, i do medicals at work annually & bp is abnormal. does it affect one's bp readings all the time? i'm not taking any meds, is it chronic in a way?

Sinus arrhythmia: Sinus arrhythmia is benign. Usually no effect on BP. Was your BP high or low? If high get follow up as that needs treatment . It is not uncommon to start in the 20' 30's 40's. . If BP 95 /60 or less would follow up as may be dehydrated or rarely have adrenal/thyroid/autonomic/very slow heart issue.
