A member asked:

My doc recently told me i have a "sinus arrhythmia". he didn't seem very worried and said it has to do with my breathing. should i be worried? thanks!

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Normal: Sinus arrhythmia is the normal speeding up and slowing down of your heart as you breathe so your heart can adjust to the changes in blood flow as the lungs expand and contract. Everyone has this.
