24 y/o make occasional heart thumping hard/palpitations when laying down.echocardiogram clear ekgshows sinus arrythmia. doc says that's normal.advice?

Less stress: Up to 6 abnormal beats per min. Are considered normal.The more you think about it the more stress you have;and more pac's.And avoid caffeine as in coffee and many soda drinks like monster, bull, and energy drinks.
