Viral infection: I am not sure what your question is.This sounds like a viral infection, although it's difficult to tell what.If you are asking about Covid,these are some of the possible symptoms. Other summer viruses are also around which can cause these same symptoms. I would recommend keeping up with her fluid intake, make sure she is urinating, and continue to treat her fever. Call her doctor if not improving.
