Fever: Fever is not always a bad thing.Most childhood illnesses are caused by viruses and they are killed by high temperatures so her body is doing the right thing. You do need to keep her hydrated. Push fluids and treat with fever reducer if needed. Sometimes a lukewarm bath helps. If she won't drink or if the fever persists call her doctor.
