Avoid dust, pollen: Avoid known triggers such as dust and pollen, and on high pollen days, keep the windows closed. Continue nasal saline, Singulair and Advair as directed. Use an antihistamine on a daily basis to control nasal symptoms and add a nasal steroid spray as needed. Watch for signs of cough and wheezing. A virtual consultation is available.
