Nasal spray: The medications you are on will help with asthma, but do not prevent sinus infections. You can try over-the-counter nasal spray, fluticasone (Flonase is name brand) if you do not get nosebleeds or have other medical reason not to. Please discuss this with your own doctor before starting. If you cannot take this or it does not help, you may need an ENT evaluation.
