My daughter is 2 and she has a stuffy nose every night. took her to the doctor and he suggested nasal spray (saline) she still be stuffy every night. if the nasal spray (saline) isn't working, what should i do?

If this has been going on for more than a few weeks, you might consider other sources of stuffiness, such as food, seasonal or dust allergies. Also consider scented detergent/fabric softener /air freshener intolerance or indoor dampness (mold/mildew) issues. If it turns out to be mold, do not use bleach. Use a gentler product available at Lowe's/Home Depot called Concrobium (spray).
