Stress relief : There are several answers to this depending on the patient. Meditation, proper sleep, behavior cognitive therapy, eating well, having a good supportive network, having a hobby, volunteering, helping others, smiling, giving thanks, giving gifts, forgiving, loving others, practicing spiritual beliefs.

Stress: Aim for daily exercise, 8 hours of sleep per night & good nutrition w 5 servings of veggies & 4 of fruit per day. Try tai chi, yoga, Qi Gong, progressive muscle relaxation, deep breathing exercises & meditation. Don't isolate - spend time w friends even if from a distance.
