COVID 19 : If you have problems breathing with the activity you should go to the emergency room. Pain with breathing, while common, with COVID 19 can be a concern or may not be. It is best to see a doctor in person. Symptoms from COVID 19 often wax and wean, at home they can last for up to 16 days. Be sure to eat well, don't forget proteins, fruits vegetables, and water. It is usually best to not stay in bed

COVID 19: Rest, hydrate, quarantine & eat healthfully. Consider use of acetaminophen, saline for nasal irrigation, decongestant or cough syrup. Get urgent care for difficulty breathing, blue lips or face, marked persistent chest pain/ pressure or new onset confusion.
