What does it mean when you test positive on covid antibody test but you have no antibodies can this happen on the serology test?

Please clarify: If you have no antibodies,to the item being tested you cannot have a positive antibody test. You can test positive on a swab test for covid before your body makes antibodies to the virus.

Upload/inbox: The actual test results may be uploaded to an inbox consultation for review. There are two antibodies measured by Serologic testing, IgM and IgG. Each is produced in response to SARS CoV-2 and produced in different time frames following the infection. Watch for signs of fever, flu like symptoms, prolonged cough or shortness of breath. If these occur, please see your PCP.
