Chest pain: May be reflux-try famotidine or pleuradynia ( inflammation of lung lining) -try motrin like products(NSAIDS) if not allergic. Rarely pericarditis ( echo for diagnosis ) - steroids/ NSAIDS . or other issues lung- pneumonia or chest lesions. If lasting a few days consider CXR/EKG repeat coronavirus. Vit C 1000mg / D 3000 units & zinc help against infections f/u/ w MD
