Isolate: Patients who have symptoms after exposure to a positive case of COVID should isolate at home for 10 days from onset of symptoms & come out of isolation only if no fevers for 24 hrs and symptoms have improved. Symptoms should be managed with over the counter medicine. They should go to the hospital if they have chest pain, difficulty breathing or high fevers that can't be brought down with Tylenol
