Good day dr, i have been having chest pain and i struggle to breathe and this mostly occurs during the night. i had thought it might be covid-19 but i did go test and i was negative. what could be happening?

Eval: Many conditions have symptoms that overlap with COVID 19. If you have significant trouble breathing - that is a medical emergency. Recommend assessment by your PCM to determine cause.
