My 10 year old has had headaches in and off for a while but today he said on 2 occasions he feels fine, his head then gets very heavy with a bad headache. lasts a few seconds and then is light headed for a bit with a headache in his temple region. ?

Evaluate: Please see your pediatrician right away. He may have a serious infection or another Neurologic cause for these symptoms. Monitor his temperature, provide fluids and consider COVID 19 screening. Watch for signs of nausea, vomiting and lack of coordination.
