My 15 year old daughter has had a really bad headache on the right side of her head for 3 straight day. she had ibuprofen, hot rag on her head, cold rag, nothing works. what is going on?

Suggest you find a pediatrician to directly evaluate your daughter and treat her as indicated. Your interventions have failed, so, time to obtain expert advice. Your description of the headache might be consistent with migraine, but other explanations such as problems with a sinus infection, issues with dentition and jaw, referred pain from the neck, etc. should be considered.
