Yes get the HPV vac: Yes get the hpv vaccine as you might have only been exposed to one type of HPV and it is for both men and women.

Get HPV vaccine: There are plenty of other strains of HPV that cause worse disease than warts, e,g, Cancer. HPV is both men and women under the age of 45. See a different doctor who knows more about this subject and can treat your warts better. Wish you good health!
