Get a urinalysis: You can consult one of us formally and get an order for one. I don't think forcing yourself to pee after masturbation is any problem.

I have had back pain and sciatica for a long time, now I have bladder burning, tests for UTI come back negative, my urine has a strong odor. I quit drinking coffee and it helped, the burning went away. But notice strong urine odor.
I hold my urine inside but when I hold it in too long I leak myself. Now, my vagina smells like urine, I wash every day. I thought maybe I have an overactive bladder cause I drink a lot of liquids. What can I do to get rid of my odor or anything?
