No: M.S. Can cause neurogenic bladder causing urinary retention.Urologist will perform cystoscopy and decide effectiveness of medications vs self catheterisation.Change of fluids may not be very helpful.

Yea. More water...: Avoiding artificial sweeteners and sodas, too much caffeine would be helpful. You need urinalysis and md evaluation and physical.
