Few possibilities: Appendicitis, pelvic inflammatory disease with infection involving ovary and fallopian tubes , r/o ectopic pregnancy in the ovary or tube ,inflammation of beginning of large intestine called cecum, potential kidney stone sitting in the lower part of ureter close to urinary bladder in addition to the bladder infection itself .
