Neck strain and major neck/ear inflamation over 10 weeks ago but still trying to rehab neck and lower back from stiffness. any advice on what not to do (run, bike, tennis etc.) just in case there is an underlying muscular-skeleton issue? thanks

Any exercise: You have the right idea. Any exercise that will raise your core body temperature will help loosen the muscles and improve muscle health. It will take 3 months or longer to see the full effect. Sauna is not the same as raising core body temperature through exercise. The process of exercise releases hormones that facilitate healing and good health. Wish you good health!
