Inflammation: Inflammation in the eustachian canal (connect inner ear with nasopharynx) can result in the trapping of liquid in the inner ear resulting in the "full" feeling. Try a decongestant and nasal saline washes to help clear the "fullness". If you develop a fever or pain in the ear, see a Dr as that may indicate that the infection has returned.
