Painful neck strain getting out of bed 2.5 wks ago with full rgt ear, tinnitus. went on steroid&amoxycillin 6/10 days respectfully. ear 100% fine. follow on ibprofin for 4 days. neck still bit sore woke this morning with slight fullness in same ear. ?

Inflammation: Inflammation in the eustachian canal (connect inner ear with nasopharynx) can result in the trapping of liquid in the inner ear resulting in the "full" feeling. Try a decongestant and nasal saline washes to help clear the "fullness". If you develop a fever or pain in the ear, see a Dr as that may indicate that the infection has returned.
