Hi i am a 33 year old male and over the last 2 days have has a ringing sensation in my left ear which does not seem to want to stop. i have not taken any medication recently and there are was a slight pain behind my ear going down to my throat?

Tinnitus: It is possible that you have an inflammation causing blockage of your eustacian tube (connect inner ear to back of nose). this increased pressure could be causing tinnitus. Try doing some saline nasal washes and using a decongestant to see if it resolves. If you don't notice any change, see a Dr for a thorough evaluation and treatment.
