Probably yes: Increased blood clotting is very common in COVID-19, and anyone who already has increased risk of blood clots may be at high risk in event of COVID. The risk might be especially high if the person is homozygous for Leiden V, but still maybe at least some risk for heterozygotes. If you are not on anti-clotting prophylaxis (warfarin, or Xarelto or related drug) discuss with your doctor. Good luck.
