COVID 19: Please contact your PCM for further eval & testing. Symptoms of COVID 19 infection may include (but aren’t limited to) dry cough, shortness of breath, nasal congestion, fever, headache, sore throat, feeling tired, loss of sense of taste/smell, decreased appetite, nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, chills without or without shaking & muscle aches.

Covid: Would definitely be vigilant with social distancing. Self quarantine for 14 days. Treat symptoms. Stay hydrated. Increase vitamin C, D, and zinc. Be proactive in getting a COVID swab as soon as possible.
