A week ago i was with someone who now tested positive for covid-19 this week. i feel fine and show no symptoms. im worried i might be part of the group who show no symptoms. should i go test or should i self-isolate for another week?

Local regulations: CDC regulations suggest that a person who has been exposed should self quarantine for 14 days. They can get tested at day 5-7 to determine if they are an asymptomatic carrier. If the test is negative, they are released from Quarantine. Look online for you local guidelines in Africa.
