Hi, last week i had a blood test & my tsh was 0.75.yesterday,i had a glucose test & they drew blood again for thyroid (not sure why).this time i was fasting & my tsh came back 2.55.could there be such a big difference between fasting & not fasting?

Doubtful: Although no special preparations are necessary for the tsh test, it can vary somewhat later in the day so morning is preferable. If you had other thyroid blood tests were they all also normal? We usually do not ask our patients to fast for a tsh test.
